About the Event
Report of Death cards from 1889 to 1905, containing information about early residents of Redlands, have been scanned into a database and are now more accessible and usable for research. Information includes name, cause of death, marital status, date and residence at time of death, among many other details. The speaker is intimately aware of the richness of this data and how to use the information, as she was directly involved in creating the database from the nearly 1400 cards. Come and discover the hidden stories of Redlands residents from a century ago!
