THE NEW MOR
The journey to build a world-class museum in Redlands started with the search for a permanent home. Several sites were considered, analyzed, and reviewed, but none met all the criteria until 2014, when news reached the Redlands Historical Museum Association (RHMA) that the Redlands Daily Facts building on Brookside Avenue was available. Thanks to a generous financial contribution by former RHMA board member Clara Mae Clem, the RHMA closed escrow later that year and acquired the property as the home of the Museum of Redlands.
